From an interview to offer in less than four hours! I’ve applied for a position that I found posted on one of the popular boards. I do my checks and balances with postings (and fly by night operations) and since the posting was done by a company at which position was open, I decided to apply.It was evident by the number of job postings that this company was hiring at an astonishing pace. I’ve provided an up to date information and that was it. Did not think about it much but I’ve figured a human may reach out to me someday.

Well, that human was Heather Terry . Turns out Heather was handling the information technology applicants for the company where I’ve applied. We spoke a bit about the company and the job responsibilities which we both found to be in line with my experience. What sets Heather apart is the details and her communication style. The amount of information about her client, and how the client was represented. Heather is no stranger to late night work even if it’s just an action plan for next day or a status update. I like the feeling of movement instead of waiting in limbo. I am not going to write about the small homework she gave me. As the title reads, this was a wrap in few hours. Well done Heather!
